hasbiyAllah....

Assalamua'alaikum...

dah lama betul terbiar blog ni...huhu...feel like writing...hehe

hmmm...let me start...
its been few months back since i started my dieting plan...(hehehe)
at that time, i was only thinking to reduce my current weight which i felt really worrying me...(since most people i saw saying i am gaining weight obviously)...huhu

it was the starting point....

so, i started to control my calories consuming n even try to come with the list...

1 sudu milo = 42 kcal
susu pekat manis 1 sudu makan - 71 kcal

bihun sup (1 mangkuk)= 300 kcal
mee hoon goreng sepinggan = 550 kcal
mee sedap sup ayam (1packet) = 290 kcal

roti wheatmeal 2 keping = 137 kcal
Pizza berkeju (sepotong) = 240 kcal
karipap = 130 kcal

Ikan kembong goreng (seekor) = 140 kcal
Peha ayam goreng (satu) = 130 kcal
1 cup 'keropok lekor', fried + sauce = 220 kcal

epal : 63 kcal
sayur goreng 93g = 43 kcal


it was really something to me...hehe (tp xsempat cari yg lain pun...)
i started in march 2010 with weight of 56kg and until june i managed to gain 52.5kg, it was great job for me...Alhamdulillah...

but after sometimes..in july...i got another 'present'...
Alhamdulillah it was from Allah....
after almost 3 years hoping...He grant my wish...
I am now carrying 'my love' inside my womb...there's nothing in this world to describe the greatness of Allah...Allahuakbar....

So, this is the reasons to postpone my dieting plan...n updating other exciting story about me, hubby n future junior (InsyaAllah)...

and for the readers (yg ada bc entry ni la...) please pray for me n my baby...hopefully my baby will be a good muslim n obedient to Allah...until we meet in the next entry....
