get inspired by my friends; ex-uia, fbians and in school (start to eat herbalife), i think it is time for me to start my dieting program. including today, didn't eat rice for almost 4 days...(syabas bete)...
starting to count on calories to be taken everyday...stop drink sweet drinks, snacking, and so on...
hopefully i can achieve my targeted weight in few months ahead..(can't wait haha..)
